Ingredients:

2                   garlic cloves - (to 3)
1     can           garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
                    liquid reserved
2     tablespoons   smooth peanut butter - (to 3)
                    A handful fresh parsley leaves
1                   lemon
1     pinch         freshly-ground black pepper
1     pinch         kosher salt
1/3   cup           extra-virgin olive oil
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Chop the garlic finely in a food processor. Add the beans and 1/2 of the reserved liquid and process finely or to desired consistency.

  2. Add the peanut butter, parsley, lemon zest and juice, black pepper, and salt. Process until it forms a paste.

  3. Drizzle in the olive oil and process until it reaches the consistency of mayonnaise.

  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
