Ingredients:

4                   eggs
2 1/2 cups          torn fresh bread
1     package       Kraft Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
2     cups          milk
2     tablespoon    butter or margarine
1     teaspoon      mustard and paprika
1/2   teaspoon      salt
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Mix all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 12- by 8-inch baking dish; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

  3. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.

  4. Variations: Add 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained. Add 1/4 cup sliced green onions. Add 3/4 cup chopped ham.
