Ingredients:

1/4   cup           plain yogurt
1/4   cup           Kraft Real Mayonnaise
1     teaspoon      mustard
8     slices        Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon
                    cut in half
2                   English muffins
4     slices        tomato
4                   poached or fried eggs
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Cook yogurt, mayo and mustard in small saucepan on low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.

  2. Place 4 bacon pieces on each English muffin half. Top each with 1 tomato slice and 1 egg. Spoon warm yogurt mixture over eggs. Sprinkle with paprika or chopped fresh parsley, if desired.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.

  4. Variation - Eggs Florentine: Place 2 tablespoons cooked steamed spinach on top of tomato before topping with egg and yogurt mixture.
