Ingredients:

1     package       frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes
1                   container Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream
1     package       Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1     can           condensed cream of chicken soup
1     cup           chopped roasted red peppers
1     teaspoon      dried oregano
1/2   cup           Di Giorno Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Mix potatoes, sour cream, feta cheese, soup and peppers in large bowl. Spoon into greased 13- by 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over potato mixture.

  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Stir before serving.

  3. This recipe yields 12 to 16 servings.

  4. Variations: Substitute 1 package (8-oz) Athenos Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb or Basil & Tomato.
