Ingredients:

2     tablespoons   oil
2     cups          frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes
4                   Oscar Mayer Smokie Links Sausages
6                   eggs
2     tablespoons   milk or water
1     teaspoon      Kraft Pure Prepared Mustard
1/2   cup           Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Add potatoes and sausage; cook 5 minutes or until potatoes are browned, stirring occasionally.

  2. Mix eggs, milk and mustard in small bowl; pour evenly over potatoes and sausage. Cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook 8 minutes or until eggs are set.

  3. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Heat until cheese melts. Cut into wedges.

  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
