6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup finely-chopped ham
1 tablespoon finely-chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash freshly-ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Mix eggs, milk, ham, onion and seasonings in medium bowl.
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet on medium-high heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet. As egg mixture sets, lift slightly with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.
When egg mixture is set but top is still moist, place 3/4 cup cheese on half of omelet. Slip turner underneath egg mixture, tip skillet and gently fold omelet in half. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.
