1 container Breyer's Fat Free Lemon Yogurt - (8 oz)
3 tablespoons Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons milk
1 package Louis Rich Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
1 mango
1 avocado
Leaf lettuce
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and milk until well blended. Toss chicken breast strips, mango and avocado with 1/2 cup of the yogurt mixture. Serve on bed of lettuce with remaining yogurt mixture.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
Variation - Mango Chicken Salad Wrap: Prepare chicken salad as directed; spoon evenly onto lettuce leaves. Roll up.
How to ripen mango and/or avocado: Store at room temperature until ripened.
