Ingredients:

1     can           whole pitted ripe olives - (6 oz)
                    === SEASONINGS ===
                    For Greek:
1     tablespoon    fresh lemon juice
1     tablespoon    red wine vinegar
2     tablespoon    olive oil
1     teaspoon      dried oregano leaves
                    For Italian:
2     tablespoon    olive oil
1     clove         garlic
1/4   teaspoon      crushed red pepper
1/2   teaspoon      dried basil leaves
                    For Spanish:
2     tablespoon    olive oil
1     tablespoon    vinegar
1     clove         garlic
2     teaspoon      finely chopped chives
1/4   teaspoon      ground red pepper
1/4   teaspoon      paprika
                    For French:
2     tablespoon    olive oil
2     cloves        garlic
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Mix olives and seasonings of choice. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

  2. This recipe yields 1 3/4 cups.
