1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons dry white wine
1 envelope Good Seasons Zesty Italian
Salad Dressing Mix
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
4 plum tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 pound tuna or mahi-mahi steaks
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Mix vinegar, wine, salad dressing mix and oil until well blended. Stir in 1 tablespoon of the basil.
Mix 2 tablespoons of the dressing mixture with tomatoes and onion. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon basil. Pour remaining dressing mixture over fish in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.
Place fish on greased grill over medium-high coals or on rack of broiler pan 3 to 5 inches from heat. Grill or broil 5 to 7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Place on serving plates; top with tomato mixture.
