6 ears fresh corn
1/4 cups butter
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
1 lime
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Remove husk and silk from corn. Boil corn for 4 minutes then drain.
Place corn on hot grill just long enough to get slight char marks. Remove from grill and rub with butter. Sprinkle with cumin, salt, and pepper, and serve with lime wedges.
