Ingredients:

1/2   cup           pecans
3                   garlic cloves
1/2   cup           fresh oregano
1/2   cup           fresh thyme
1/2   teaspoon      finely-shredded lemon peel
1/2   teaspoon      freshly-ground black pepper
1/4   teaspoon      salt
1/4   cup           cooking oil
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except the oil. Cover and blend several times, scaping sides, until a paste forms.

  2. With machine running, gradually add oil until mixture forms a paste. Rub onto fish or chicken.

  3. This recipe yields about 1/2 cup, enough for 3 pounds of meat.
