Ingredients:

1     pound         smoked fully-cooked Polish sausage
8     small         red potatoes
1     small         cabbage head
1/2   cup           ketchup
1/4   cup           coarse grainy mustard
1/2   teaspoon      caraway seed
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Heat coals on grill or prepare gas grill. (or can be baked in oven)

  2. Cut sausages into 1 inch pieces. Cut potatoes in 4 wedges each. Cut cabbage head into 8 wedges. Divide all ingredients among four 18x12 sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil as described below. Grill, uncovered, 4 to 6 inches from medium high coals 30 to 40 minutes or until cabbage and potatoes are tender.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
