Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups          Original Minute Rice
1                   onion
1                   garlic clove
1/4   cup           margarine or butter - (1/2 stick)
1 1/2 cups          water
1     can           tomato sauce - (8 oz)
1     small         green pepper
1     teaspoon      salt
1/2   teaspoon      prepared mustard
                    Sliced stuffed green olives
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Cook and stir rice, onion and garlic in hot margarine in large skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently until mixture is lightly browned. Stir in remaining ingredients except olives. Bring to full boil. Cover, remove from heat.

  2. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Garnish with olives. Serve with chicken or your favorite main dish.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
