Ingredients:

1     can           ready-to-serve chicken broth
2     cups          assorted vegetables (broccoli florets,
                    sliced yellow squash, peas, grated carrot)
1     teaspoon      onion flakes
1     teaspoon      snipped fresh rosemary
                    (or 1/2 tspn dried rosemary)
1/4   teaspoon      garlic powder
1 1/2 cups          Original Minute Rice
                    Freshly-ground black pepper
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Stir together broth, vegetables, onion flakes, rosemary and garlic powder in saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover. Remove from heat.

  2. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and sprinkle with pepper. Serve with chicken cutlets or your favorite main dish.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
