Ingredients:

2     teaspoons     vegetable oil
1     pound         beef round steak
2     cans          stewed tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz ea)
1/4   teaspoon      thyme
1/2   teaspoon      salt
1/8   teaspoon      freshly-ground black pepper
1     package       Birds Eye Broccoli, Corn and Red Pepper
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. In large skillet, brown beef on both sides in oil over medium-high heat; drain.

  2. Add tomatoes, thyme, salt and pepper; cover and cook over low heat 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.

  3. Increase heat to medium, add vegetables, stir and cook an additional 5 to 6 minutes.

  4. Serve over hot rice.

  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
