Ingredients:

1     cup           water
1     tablespoon    soy sauce
2     teaspoon      brown sugar
1/2   teaspoon      McCormick ground ginger
1     pound         lean pork or chicken strips
1     tablespoon    oil
2                   green onions
1     package       McCormick Pork Gravy Mix
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Combine Gravy mix, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger; set aside.

  2. Brown pork in oil. Pour gravy mixture over strips. Add onions. Stir and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice, if desired.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
