Ingredients:

1/2   cup           Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/4   cup           finely-chopped fresh chives
2     tablespoons   finely-chopped fresh thyme
                    (or 2 tspns dried thyme, crushed)
2     tablespoons   finely-chopped fresh dill
                    (or 2 tspns dried dill weed)
1/4   teaspoon      salt
1/8   teaspoon      freshly-ground black pepper
1/4   cup           dry white wine or chicken broth
2                   salmon steaks - (abt 3/4 lb)
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Mix salad dressing, herbs, salt and pepper until well blended. Reserve 1/3 cup salad dressing mixture to serve later with cooked salmon. Stir wine into remaining salad dressing mixture. Brush on salmon.

  2. Place salmon on grill over hot coals or rack of broiler pan. Grill, covered, or broil 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with reserved salad dressing mixture.

  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
