Ingredients:

1     cup           beef broth
1     pound         beef cubes
1     tablespoon    vegetable oil
1/4   teaspoon      McCormick Garlic Powder
1/4   teaspoon      McCormick Black Pepper
2     cups          frozen peas and carrots
3     cups          mashed potatoes
1     package       McCormick Onion Gravy Mix
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Combine Onion Gravy mix with water. Set aside.

  2. Cook beef cubes in oil 8 to 10 minutes or until done. Add peas and carrots and gravy mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until gravy thickens.

  3. Pour beef mixture into 12- by 8-inch casserole dish. Spoon potatoes on top of beef mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes or until gravy starts to bubble and potatoes are lightly browned.

  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
