Ingredients:

1/4   cup           lemon juice
1/4   cup           water
1/4   cup           extra-virgin olive oil
1     envelope      Good Seasons Garlic & Herb Salad
                    Dressing Mix
2     tablespoons   chopped fresh parsley
1     teaspoon      minced garlic
1/8   teaspoon      freshly-ground black pepper
1     small         onion
1     pound         shrimp
                    Cooked rice or pasta
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. * Note: Or substitute Good Seasons Cheese Garlic Salad Dressing Mix.

  2. Mix juice, water, 2 tablespoons of the oil, salad dressing mix, parsley, garlic and pepper in medium bowl. Stir until well blended; set aside.

  3. Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender but not browned. Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.

  4. Stir in dressing mixture. Bring to boil on medium heat; boil 1 minute. Serve over cooked rice or pasta.

  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
