Ingredients:

1     cup           Golden Dipt Fish Fry Mix
1 1/2 pounds        catfish fillets
                    Vegetable oil
                    Golden Dipt Tartar Sauce
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. In a heavy frying pan, heat 1/4 to 1/2 inch vegetable oil to 375 degrees. Moisten fish with water; shake off excess.

  2. Pour Fry Mix into plastic bag. Shake moistened fish in bag until evenly coated, a few pieces at a time. Let stand several minutes for coating to adhere.

  3. Fry a few pieces at a time in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown, drain on paper towels. Serve with Tartar Sauce.

  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
