1 cup Golden Dipt Fish Fry Mix
1 1/2 pounds catfish fillets
Vegetable oil
Golden Dipt Tartar Sauce
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
In a heavy frying pan, heat 1/4 to 1/2 inch vegetable oil to 375 degrees. Moisten fish with water; shake off excess.
Pour Fry Mix into plastic bag. Shake moistened fish in bag until evenly coated, a few pieces at a time. Let stand several minutes for coating to adhere.
Fry a few pieces at a time in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown, drain on paper towels. Serve with Tartar Sauce.
