Ingredients:

1/2   cup           soy milk
                    = (or other milk)
1/2   cup           white grape juice
1     cup           strawberries
1/2   cup           pineapple chunks
1/2                 lemon
                    = (for tartness if desired)
1/4   teaspoon      Vitamin C powder - (1 capsule)
1     pinch         salt
1                   small handfu fresh seedless grapes
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. If you'd like an iced smoothie, blend and then add ice to desired consistency.

  2. This recipe yields 1 to 2 servings.
