1/2 pound dry pinto beans
and drained
1 pound ground beef
1 large onion
1 can tomatoes - (28 oz)
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 can chile peppers, mild or hot - (4 oz)
1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
Seasoned salt
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Put all ingredients in a crock pot in order listed. Stir once. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
