6 pork chops -(abt 1 1/2 lbs)
1 medium onion
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 cup water
Freshly-ground black pepper
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Place chops in crockpot. Cover with onions, soup (directly from the can) and water. Add pepper to taste. Cook all day on LOW or 1/2 day on HIGH in crock.
Unbelievably moist, tender chops.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
Comments: You can also add a package of dry boxed stuffing (with herb packet) on top of chops first then the onions and soup and water.
