Ingredients:

1                   beef rump roast - (4 to 5 lbs)
1     package       dry onion soup mix - (1 oz)
2     teaspoons     sugar
1     teaspoon      dried oregano leaves
2     cans          condensed beef broth - (10 1/2 oz ea)
1     can           beer - (12 oz)
2                   garlic cloves
16                  onion buns
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Place beef roast in 3 1/2- to 4-quart crockpot. In medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except buns; mix well. Pour over roast. Cover; cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours.

  2. Slice or shred beef. Serve in buns. If desired, skim fat from juices. Serve sandwiches with individual portions of meat juices for dipping.

  3. This recipe yields 16 sandwiches.
