Ingredients:

2     pounds        pork - (to 2 1/2 lbs)
2     tablespoons   vegetable oil
1                   large can diced tomatoes in juice - (28 oz)
1     can           chili beans - (16 oz)
1     can           tomato sauce - (8 oz)
1/3   cup           salsa
1     small         onion
1     small         bell pepper
1     tablespoon    chili powder
                    Minced jalapeņo or other hot chile
1                   garlic clove
                    Salt
                    Freshly-ground black pepper
1/4   teaspoon      cayenne pepper
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. In a large skillet, brown pork cubes in hot oil over medium heat. Drain. Place pork in crockpot; add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.

  2. Good with cornbread or crackers.

  3. This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
