Ingredients:

6                   pork loin chops - (to 8)
2     tablespoons   cooking oil
1     can           cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 oz)
1/4   cup           chicken broth
1/4   cup           country Dijon-Style Mustard
1/2   teaspoon      dried thyme
1                   garlic clove
                    (or 1/4 tspn garlic powder)
1/4   teaspoon      freshly-ground black pepper
6     medium        potatoes
1                   onion
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil. Drain off fat.

  2. In any size crockpot, mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, mustard, thyme, garlic and pepper. Add potatoes and onion, stirring to coat. Place browned pork chops on top of potato mixture.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.

  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
