Ingredients:

1     pound         ground chuck - (to 1 1/2 lbs)
1     medium        onion
1     can           chopped stewed tomatoes - (15 oz)
1     can           chopped tomatoes - (15 oz)
1     can           mild green chiles - (4 oz)
1/2   cup           chopped green bell pepper
1     envelope      taco seasoning mix
1     cup           raw converted rice
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Brown the ground beef with chopped onion; drain. In a 3 1/2-quart (or larger) crockpot, combine the meat mixture with the remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours.

  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
