Ingredients:

2                   peaches or nectarines
1     cup           apricot-mango nonfat yogurt
1/4   cup           frozen light whipped topping
6                   single-serve graham cracker crusts
                    Mint sprigs
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the peaches and yogurt; gently fold in the whipped topping. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the peach mixture into each crust. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled, at least 2 hours.

  2. Serve, garnished with the mint.
