Ingredients:

1     can           water packed tuna - (6 oz)
1                   celery stalk
4                   scallions
2     teaspoons     reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/8   teaspoon      freshly-ground black pepper
4     slices        reduced-calorie whole-wheat bread
3     tablespoons   shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Preheat the broiler.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, celery, scallions, mayonnaise and pepper. Divide the mixture among the 4 slices of toast; sprinkle with the cheese. Broil 5 inches from the heat, until the cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
