1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 small all-purpose potatoes
thinly sliced
1 onion
3/4 cup diced turkey ham
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the vinegar, mustard, chili powder, cumin and cayenne. Add the potatoes, onion and ham; toss to coat. Transfer to the pan.
Bake, covered, until the potatoes are almost tender, about 35 minutes; uncover and bake until the potatoes are tender and browned, about 10 minutes longer.
