Ingredients:

2                   Red Delicious apples
1     tablespoon    fresh lime juice
2     cups          diced cooked skinless chicken breast
2     cups          small seedless grapes
1/4   cup           walnuts
1/4   cup           nonfat sour cream
2     teaspoons     reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2     teaspoons     Dijon mustard
1/4   teaspoon      salt
1/4   teaspoon      freshly-ground black pepper
12                  loose-leaf lettuce leaves
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. In a large bowl, combine the apples and lime juice; toss to coat. Add the chicken, grapes, walnuts, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper; toss to combine.

  2. Place the lettuce leaves on plates; top with the salad mixture.
