Ingredients:

1     cup           sliced mushrooms
1/2                 green bell pepper
1/4   cup           salsa
1     tablespoon    minced cilantro
2                   fat-free flour tortillas - (6" dia)
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Spray a small nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat. Add the mushrooms and pepper; cook, stirring as needed, until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

  2. Add the salsa and cilantro; cook, stirring constantly, until heated through, about 1 minute. Divide the mixture between the 2 tortillas and roll up.
