1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1/2 pound large shrimp
1 tomato
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/3 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Preheat the broiler.
In a medium ovenproof skillet, heat the oil. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until lightly browned, about 1 minute.
Add the shrimp and tomato; cook, stirring as needed, until the shrimp turn pink, 3 to 5 minutes. Add the wine and cook 1 minute longer.
Sprinkle evenly with the cheese and broil until the cheese is melted and golden, 2 to 3 minutes.
This recipe yields 2 servings.
