Ingredients:

1     cup           low-sodium chicken broth
1     can           black beans - (15 oz)
1     can           red kidney beans - (15 oz)
3/4   cup           mild salsa
2                   garlic cloves
1     pound         boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a 13- by 9-inch baking pan, combine the broth, the beans, salsa and garlic. Add the chicken and baste with some of the liquid.

  3. Bake, stirring once, until the chicken is cooked through and the liquid is reduced, about 45 minutes.

  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
