Ingredients:

1     cup           finely-chopped cooked turkey breast
1                   carrot
1                   celery stalk
2                   scallions
2     teaspoons     reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2     teaspoons     minced fresh tarragon
                    = (or 1/2 tspn dried tarragon)
1/8   teaspoon      freshly-ground black pepper
2     small         oat-bran pita breads
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, carrot, celery, scallions, mayonnaise, tarragon and pepper. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the turkey mixture into each pita half.
