Ingredients:

2     whole         trout - (8 oz ea)
2     tablespoons   fresh lemon juice
1     teaspoon      reduced-calorie margarine
1/2   teaspoon      paprika
2     tablespoons   minced flat-leaf parsley
1     tablespoon    sliced unblanched almonds
2                   lemon wedges
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. * To toast the almonds, place a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the almonds and cook, stirring constantly, until lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13- by 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Place the trout, skin-side down, in the pan. Sprinkle with the lemon juice; dot with the margarine and sprinkle with the paprika. Bake, covered, about 5 minutes.

  4. Uncover and bake until the fish is opaque, about 5 minutes longer. Sprinkle with the parsley and almonds; serve, garnished with the lemon.

  5. This recipe yields 2 servings.
