Ingredients:

2     cans          water-packed tuna - (6 oz ea)
3                   egg whites
3     tablespoons   seasoned dried bread crumbs
4                   scallions
2     tablespoons   minced parsley
1/4   teaspoon      freshly-ground black pepper
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, egg whites, bread crumbs, scallions, parsley and pepper. Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties.

  2. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat. Add the patties and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
