Ingredients:

2     large         yams or sweet potatoes
                    cut into 1" slices
1/2                 navel orange
1     can           unsweetened pineapple tidbits - (8 oz)
1/2   teaspoon      cinnamon
1/4   teaspoon      grated nutmeg
2     teaspoons     reduced-calorie margarine
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a 2-quart casserole, combine the yams, orange, pineapple and its juice, cinnamon and nutmeg; dot with the margarine. Bake, covered, until the yams are tender, about 45 minutes.
