Ingredients:

1     medium        ripe Hass avocado
2     tablespoons   red onions
2     tablespoons   chopped fresh cilantro
1     tablespoon    fresh lime juice
1/4   teaspoon      hot pepper sauce
1/4   teaspoon      table salt
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Put avocado in a medium bowl and mash with a fork until almost smooth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Cover surface with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 1 day.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings; about 1/4 cup dip per serving.
