Ingredients:

4     teaspoons     reduced-calorie margarine
1/4                 red onion
1     tablespoon    fresh lemon juice
2     teaspoons     honey
1/8   teaspoon      cinnamon
1/8   teaspoon      salt
4                   carrots
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. In a medium nonstick saucepan, melt the margarine. Add the onion and cook, stirring as needed, until softened, 2 to 3 minutes.

  2. Add the lemon juice, honey, cinnamon and salt; cook, stirring constantly, until heated through and well mixed. Add the carrots; toss to coat.
