1 teaspoon olive oil
2 small all-purpose potatoes
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly-ground black pepper
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add the potatoes and garlic; cook, stirring constantly, until the potatoes are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with the cheese and pepper.
