1/4 cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 large sweet potatoes - (abt 2 lbs)
cut into 2" chunks
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce and cilantro. Add sweet potatoes and toss to coat.
Transfer sweet potatoes to prepared baking sheet and bake until fork-tender, about 40 minutes.
This recipe yields 4 servings; about 3/4 cup per serving.
