1                   egg
2     cups          apricot nectar, apple juice or
                    cranberry juice
1/2   cup           nonfat dry milk powder
1/2   tablespoon    sugar
1/2   teaspoon      vanilla
                    === A LA NATURAL NOG - 1 serving ===
1                   egg
1     cup           milk
1     tablespoon    honey, molasses or sugar
1     teaspoon      vanilla
                    Nutmeg, cinnamon or
                    apple pie spices
                    === ORANGE JULIETTE - 2 servings ===
1     can           frozen orange juice
1     cup           plain lowfat yogurt
1/2   cup           milk
1     tablespoon    wheat germ
                    === SUNRISE FRUIT FREEZE - 2 servings ===
1     cup           plain or flavored yogurt
1     cup           fresh or frozen fruit
                    = (strawberries, blueberries, peaches)
1     tablespoon    sugar
