Ingredients: 

4     ounces        unsweetened chocoalte
1/4   cup           sugar
2     tablespoons   cinnamon
2     quarts        milk
8                   cinnamon sticks
                    Whipped cream
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Combine ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Cook over hot water until chocolate is melted. Beat with a wire whisk until hot and foamy.

  2. This recipe yields 8 servings.

  3. Tip: Whipping the milk as it heats prevents "skin" from forming on top.
