Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Chop chips and milk together in a blender or food processor until ground. Store mix in a tightly covered jar.
To serve, place 3 heaping tablespoons in a cup or mug and add 6 ounces boiling water, stirring well to mix.
This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups.
Variations:
• Marshmallow Mint Hot Chocolate Mix: Add 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows.
• Hot Milk Chocolate Mix: Use milk chocolate chips in place of mint chips
• Spiced Hot Chocolate Mix: Use semisweet chocolate chips and add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• Mocha Hot Chocolate Mix: Use semisweet chocolate chips and add 1/4 cup instant coffee powder.
