1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup nondairy creamer powder
1/2 cup instant coffee powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
Combine all ingredients well in a food processor or blender. Store mix in airtight containers.
To serve, place 3 heaping tablespoons of mix in a cup and add 6 ounces boiling water.

Variations: Add any of the following extracts to the sugar in this recipe. Mix well to distribute extract evenly. Allow mixture to dry (an hour or more) and then proceed with the recipe.
• Mint Mocha Mix: Add 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
• Almond Mocha Mix: Add 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• Orange Mocha Mix: Add 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
