6 English muffin halves
12 brown and serve sausages
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
Freshly-ground black pepper
1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese - (2 cups)
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
In a small bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
In the bottom of a 9- by 9-inch baking pan, arrange and cut muffins to fit. Arrange sausages on top of muffins. Pour milk and egg mixture over. Sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
