Ingredients:

1                   container vanilla low-fat yogurt - (8 oz)
1 1/2 cups          sliced peeled ripe peaches, nectarines or
                    other fruits
2     tablespoons   honey
1/4   cup           wheat germ
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend or process on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.

  2. Pour smoothie into 2 glasses and, if desired, sprinkle with additional wheat germ.

  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
