Ingredients:

1     large         chicken fryer
10    medium        carrots
10    small         white potatoes
2     cups          mushrooms
6                   celery stalks
1     cup           uncooked wild rice
3     cups          canned chicken broth
3     cups          water
2     tablespoons   sugar
                    caramelized
                    Fresh or dryed cilantro
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Put all ingredients into a large covered pot and cook on 225 degrees for 6 hours. Your kitchen will smell heavenly and this stew makes its own gravy - delicious!!!
