Ingredients:

18    cups          cut corn
1     pound         butter or margarine
1     pint          half-and-half or non-dairy creamer
Directions: one line for each direction. When saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Mix ingredients together in a large roasting pan. Bake uncovered for one hour at 325 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes. Don't worry if it looks slightly curdled late in the baking; it will be delicious.

  2. Let cool in pan on counter. When cool, package for the freezer. Add sugar and salt to taste when ready to use.

  3. This recipe yields ?? servings.
